We the People, find the defendant, Microsoft Corporation, guilty of the following crimes against the Computer Users of the World:

Unlawfully maintaining a monopoly in the PC operating system market.

Deliberately entering into anti-competitive contracts with hardware manufacturers that unlawfully restrict free trade.

Deliberately requiring commercially important vendors, and their employees agree to non-disclosure agreements that restrict development of competitive products.

Deliberately misrepresenting the quality, and features of it's products in order to deceive consumers, and undermine competitors.

The People respectfully request that the The United States of America, acting under the direction of the Attorney General of the United States, take immediate civil action to prevent and restrain the defendant Microsoft Corporation before any further damage can be done.

The People further request that the Court award Punitive Damages to the Plaintiffs of this "Class Action" so that they may replace their Microsoft Products with products of their CHOICE.
