January 15, 1997

FutureNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNET) has concluded an exclusive agreement with Future-Link, Montclair, N.J., to provide FutureNet customers unlimited access to the Internet for a flat rate of $19.95 a month.

FutureNet markets a set-top network computer for $499 that provides easy access to the Internet using a phone line and television set.

Through the flat rate plan customers can access the Internet from anywhere at any time from any phone in any of the 50 states 24 hours a day, according to Al Setlin, Board Chairman of FutureNet.

"This is a guaranteed rate," said Setlin. "There are absolutely no long distance charges should a customer live outside a local dial-up area. This is another first from FutureNet; no other company in the industry offers a similar plan."

Future-Link, an online provider, provides toll-free 24-hour technical support, a toll-free 800 number for customers in rural areas and exclusive payment options including credit cards, automatic monthly checking account debiting, and check by fax.
