NetChannel Adds WeatherLabs(R) To It's Long List Of Content Partners August 27, 1997
This September, television viewers will have one-click access to breaking local and worldwide weather conditions, forecasts and alerts through a partnership announced today between NetChannel, the Web-enhanced personalized television service, and WeatherLabs. The partnership marks the first time that real-time weather updates from 2,000 cities worldwide will be available to consumers through their televisions. "With NetChannel's award-winning service, a viewer can watch weather-related local television broadcasting and simultaneously monitor breaking weather developments worldwide," said Philip J.
